Our Practice Areas

Estate Planning

Estate planning is recommended to ensure that your estate passes according to your wishes and to authorize someone to make financial and healthcare decisions for you in the event of your disability or incapacity.

Probate is the legal process to distribute a person’s property after they die. If there is a Will, a Court will validate it so that the Will’s terms can be fulfilled. If there is no Will, the Court must determine the Decedent’s heirs.

Elder Law

As people are living longer, many face the possibility of outliving their resources and needing expensive institutional care over many years. Our firm helps clients plan and apply for long term care benefits while assisting with preservation of assets.

Oil & Gas

We help landowners only with leases and surface use arrangements.

Business Law

We assist clients with the formation, operation, and termination of various business entities, including LLCs, LPs, Series LLCs, & other entities.
